1. Q: What if the item is out of stock? Can I order it now and have you send it when it comes?
A: If an item is out of stock, we can let you know if it is expected soon or if it will be discontinued. Email us and we will be happy to let you know the status of your particular item. Backorders for each will be shipped only when those backorders are 100% complete.
2. Q: What do I do if I want to return an item?
A: Returns must have the suppliers return authorization number prior to return. Return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be shipped prepaid freight, with the authorization number shown on the outside of all cartons. Discontinued and special order items may not be returned.
3. Q: Is gift wrapping available for products I buy at SmartLearningToys.com?
A: Multiple orders shipping to the same location may be packed and wrapped for a 3% service fee.
4. Q: I am in Canada. Can I order from this site?
A: Yes. You may definitely put in orders from Canada. Since SmartLearningToys is a Canadian company but is shipping from the USA, there will be the regular sales tax and duty to pay to get the items across the border. However, we have made every effort to keep those costs to a minimum.

7. Q: What shipping methods do you use?
